Thanksgiving Eve

There was much to be thankful this year!

For one, we said "Good-bye" to the couches that we had for nearly the first 8 years of our marriage on the Eve of Thanksgiving.  We plumped the cushions up to the best of our ability to make them look "their best" for this photo, but they were definitely on their last leg. 

But still, we were a little sentimental about saying "good-bye" to the couches all three of our girls cuddled with us on as babies!  So, Brad gave one last hug to the cushions!

Then that evening, we had Mimi and PawPaw over for dinner. 

First, we enjoyed some appetizers.

Then Jillian read Mimi The Fire Cat.

Faith read to PawPaw some of the new words she has been learning to read too! It was a great beginning to Thanksgiving.
