Jillian felt so special and honored when her friend, Grace, gave her this sweet gift. Grace sewed the vest herself and it is reversible (pink on one side and the other side green) with a cute little butterfly on it too!
Faith colored this beautiful pattern during one of her art lessons with Auntie Jen.
At the same time, Jillian worked on a pattern of her own.
Auntie Jen created these silhouettes of Jillian and Faith.
Brad's sweet Aunt Barbara sent the girls birthday money! We bought some awesome "Get Crafty" boxes, along with Tag games and a DVD about space.
Then all the fun began!
They spent several hours over the course of the next couple of weeks creating their pieces of art-work!
It was a super reward to give them for finishing their school-work....
with super cute results!
Auntie Jen has introduced embroidery to the girls during their art lessons.
I love my artistic girls...
and the explosion of "art" that comes along with it!
