I Love my Cousin Luke!

Today, Jillian and I were having a conversation about our move back to America. Jillian got real excited and said "car!" (because we will be taking the same shuttle to the airport that Brad's family took on Tuesday). I said, "yes, we will go in a car!". And then all of a sudden she said, "My Luke get in a car". "My Luke get home". And then she paused for a moment looked at me and said "I miss him", and with another slight pause, she said "It's sad". I tickled her and told her that she didn't have to be sad because we would see cousin Luke AGAIN! :) We are ALREADY looking forward to seeing Luke, Aunt Beth, and Uncle Nate again!

Brad's parents, sister, brother-in-law, and our nephew came for a 10 day visit to see us! We had an incredible time, we even all went to Paris together (more "exclusive" blog photos to come from that). One of the greatest highlights for all of us had to be how Luke and Jillian delighted in one another! All three of the cousins were so sweet together. I am really excited that they are all so close in age, and Brad and I both are THRILLED to be aunt and uncle to the cutest nephew ever! He is adorable with his big grin! He was all smiles for most of the trip and adjusted so well to the time change and all the traveling. He is blessed, happy little boy; Luke's parents are doing an amazing job being his mom and dad!
