We are preparing ourselves for a second round of snow (a "mere" 10 to 20 inches this time)! This time, however, it is predicted there will be more power outages due to strong winds. The good news is that the government has closed and Brad officially had today and yesterday off of work (we are predicting tomorrow the govt. will be closed too).
Yesterday, he had to rescue some cell lines that he has been working on since December, but he told me the roads were very treacherous. He assured me in the future he won't go to work in those sort of conditions!
So today, Brad has been enjoying the day with us, along with working on his thesis. Only another 193 more pages to go...he's already done 7!!! Woo Hoo!!! :-) Brad says it slow-moving writing the introduction, because nearly every line has to be referenced, but we are hopeful it will be easier to write about his own data.
