A couple of weeks ago our MOPS group went to the Butterfly Gardens. It was a cooler day (in the 70's), so the butterflies were less active & more likely to "hitchhike"! It was a lot of fun to get up close and personal with the butterflies and I've included pictures of some of the "butterfly landings".
Jillian did not like the butterflies. She found them annoying (even frightening) and thought they were like "shoo flies" (house flies but with the name from the song "Shoo Fly, don't bother me")! She was begging us to leave the garden as soon as possible.
Faith, on the other hand, thought the butterflies were beautiful and enjoyed admiring them. She didn't, however, like them spending extended time on her mommy's leg. She tried a couple of times to tell them to go away with little success. :-) It was a lot of fun capturing these memories with my three girls!

This butterfly had landed on Oliver and he was not happy about it, but his momma (Naomi) saved the day!
Look at my leg and there is a butterfly! :-) Anna likes to look out in the Baby Bjorn (she is very observant and has great neck/head control) but its not the best for sleeping.
