The kids were so funny when we first gave them the cracker, they just looked at us with such odd expressions. They were like, "why are they making the two of us hold onto this thing?". So, we the parents, told them this is the one time that they could "fight" over a toy. So they began to pull and pull and pull and nothing was happening. Finally, the daddys decided that they would contribute their muscle power and it ended up that Eli was the victor of the Christmas cracker! His prize was an English "football" or an American "soccer ball"!
All of us "big kids" pulled English crackers as well. First Kristin and I pulled one, and Kristin won it. Then Brad and Josh pulled one and Brad won. So then Brad had the "Brilliant" idea that we should determine the ultimate loser and winner! So first the "losers" (in the first round) played one another and I lost to Josh (so I was the "ultimate loser")! Then the first "winners" played one another, and Brad beat Kristin. :) It was a lot of fun. We all shared our crowns, toys, and jokes with one another!
