Princess Scavenger Hunt- Part 2

To My Dear Friends,

My name is Princess Cinderella. 

One of my friends in the castle told me that Jillian has just turned six and Faith is turning four!   I wanted to wish you a "Happy Birthday!"

Don't you think birthdays are exciting? Especially when you get to be as grown up as you are. 

I think that birthday celebrations are especially fun with friends. I am so happy that all of you are together having fun today!

May I please ask a favor of you all?  I recently lost something that is very special to me. Would you help me find it?  

My kind mice friends Jaq and Gus think they may know where it is and have created some clues for you to find it.   On your journey to find my lost item, each of you will need to bring your Princess book.  At every clue you will be instructed to answer a question in your book as a special memory keepsake!

Thank you for your help! I know you all will do a wonderful job! I’ll be thinking about you here at the castle!

We divided the kids into Jaq's team and Gus's team to help Princess Cinderella. Both teams were given the same clues but in a different order. 

On the outside of the envelope, the girls were given a question to answer in their Princess book, along with a clue.

Question for Princess Book:
What is your favorite thing to do and play?

Clue #1:
The Princess loves to HOP, HOP, HOP!
Three plus one, equals four.
This game is numbers galore!

Once the princesses figured out where they needed to go by reading the clue, they could open up their envelope to discover their task.

(TASK: Each Princess must play one round of hopscotch!)

What is your favorite food?

Clue #2:
When a princess's tummy is a grumbling,
it's time for a snack!
Where is the best place
to find a COLD pack?

(TASK: Each princess was instructed to take one fruit snack and put it in their goody bag.)

Question for Princess Book:
What is your favorite color?

Clue #3:
Whenever it is raining
A princess need not be low
For look! It is coming
a beautiful RAINBOW

(TASK: Each princess was instructed to color in their princess book with their favorite crayon color.)

Who is your favorite princess?

Clue #4:

A favorite princess

is good to know

She'll STICK on you

wherever you go.

(TASK: Each princess was told to decorate their princess book with princess stickers.)

What do you think is the best thing about being a princess?

Clue #5:
Do not be PUZZLED,
for being a princess is no hassle:
giving to those in need
and living in a castle.

(TASK: All the princesses together as a team were told to assemble the princess castle puzzle.)

What is your dream?

Clue #6:
Get Ready! Get Loose!
Crown your crown with a crown
Find a mirror, check your expression, 

Go there now without a single frown.

(TASK: Each princess was told to choose a crown to wear on her head and do three royal curtsies.)

Clue #7:  A dream is a wish your heart makes  When you're fast asleep
In dreams you will lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish for you will keep
Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling through
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
the dream that you wish will come true…
Go now to the Banquet Room to discover a wish come true!

(TASK: All the princesses must wait for one another and then enter into the banquet room together for a surprise!)

Jillian is holding Princess Cinderella's crown that she lost.

Princess Cinderella read all the little princesses her story of becoming a princess! 

After the story, we sang "Happy Birthday" to Jillian and Faith.  Then while we were serving the cake, the little princesses went next door to play some Cinderella games.  (To be continued....)
